Choose the most suitable path for the passage of the cooling pipe, either OUTSIDE or INSIDE the vehicle.

OUTSIDE PATH (onto the vehicle roof):
Connect the evaporating battery to the G10 pipe, using the STRAIGHT pipe fitting (supplied with the assembling set – refer to page 6)
through the hole on the rear wall of the roof group (refer to fig. 7).
NOTE: drill the coating and insert the small rubber supplied into the existing hole (refer to fig. 7).
Have the G8 pipe already connected to the condenser to slide, side by side to the G10 pipe and direct the 2 pipes towards the compressor
appropriately channelling them, if required.
INSIDE PATH:
Connect the evaporating battery to the G10 pipe, using the 90° pipe fitting (supplied with the assembling set – refer to page 6).
Introduce the G8 pipe inside the roof group through the existing hole onto the left lateral wall of the same (refer to fig. 8).
NOTE: drill the coating and insert the supplied small rubber in the existing hole (refer to fig. 8).
Insert the 2 pipes into the inlet port and into the roof hollow space, (paying attention to keep well isolated the 2 inlet and delivery
openings – refer to note No. 7).
Direct the 2 pipes towards the compressor.
In any case, the positioning of the pipes must be very accurate, avoiding narrow bends, sharp edges or plates that may damage
them.

PARCOURS EXTERNE (sur le toit du véhicule):
Raccorder à la batterie d'évaporation le tube G10, en utilisant le raccord DROIT (fourni avec le set de montage - voir pag.6) à travers le
trou présent sur la paroi arrière du groupe sur toit (voir fig.7).
N.B: percer le revêtement et insérer dans le trou déjà présente le capuchon fourni (voir fig.7).
Faire coulisser le tube G8 déjà raccordé au condensateur, parallèlement au tube G10 et diriger les 2 tubes vers le compresseur en les
canalisant opportunément si nécessaire.
PARCOURS INTERNE ;
Raccorder à la batterie d'évaporation le tube G10, en utilisant le raccord 90° (fourni avec le set de montage - voir pag.6).
Introduire le tube G8 à l'intérieur du groupe sur toit à travers le trou présent sur la paroi latérale gauche de ce dernier (voir fig.8).
N.B: percer le revêtement et insérer dans le trou déjà présent le capuchon fourni (voir fig.8).
Insérer les 2 tubes dans le compartiment d'admission et dans l'espace du toit, (en prêtant attention à maintenir bien isolés les 2
compartiments d'admission et de refoulement – voir nota n°7).
Diriger les 2 tubes vers le compresseur.
Dans tous les cas le positionnement des tubes doit être exécuté avec soin, en évitant des courbes serrées, des angles vifs ou des
tôles qui pourraient les endommager.

VERLAUF AUSSEN (über das Fahrzeugdach):
Leitung G10 an die Verdampferbatterie anschließen, dazu das GERADE Anschlussstück verwenden (im Montageset enthalten - siehe
Seite 6) und durch die Bohrung an der Rückwand der Dachgruppe führen (siehe Abb. 7).
HINWEIS: Verkleidung durchbohren und in das bereits vorhandene Loch das mitgelieferte Gummistück einsetzen (siehe Abb. 7).
Die bereits an den Kondensator angeschlossene Leitung G8 parallel zu Leitung G10 verlegen und die 2 Leitungen zum Kompressor führen.
Wenn nötig, in geeigneter Weise kanalisieren.
VERLAUF INNEN;
Leitung G10 an die Verdampferbatterie anschließen, dazu das Anschlussstück 90° (im Montageset enthalten - siehe Seite 6).
Die Leitung G8 durch das Loch an der linken Seitenwand der Dachgruppe in diese hineinführen (siehe Abb. 8).
HINWEIS: Verkleidung durchbohren und in das bereits vorhandene Loch das mitgelieferte Gummistück einsetzen (siehe Abb. 8).
Die 2 Leitungen in die Ansaugöffnung und in den Dachzwischenraum einführen (dabei darauf achten, dass die 2 Bereiche für
Ansaugung und Zuleitung gut isoliert bleiben – siehe Anmerkung Nr. 7).
Die zwei Leitungen zum Kompressor führen.
In jedem Fall müssen die Leitungen sorgfältig verlegt werden, wobei enge Biegungen, spitze Kanten oder Bleche, die sie
beschädigen könnten, zu vermeiden sind.
