Verwendet
Der Kerntemperaturfühler muss in die zu behandelnde
Speise eingeführt werden: Auf diese Weise erfasst er stän-
dig die Kerntemperatur der Lebensmittel in der Zelle. Wenn
der Fühler feststellt, dass die für den gewählten Zyklus ein-
gestellte Temperatur erreicht wurde (z.B. 3°C), endet der
Schnellkühl-, Tiefkühl- oder Garzyklus mit der Gewissheit,
dass die Speise auch im Innersten richtig gekühlt, gefroren
oder gegart wurde.
Der Fühler muss in der Mitte des größeren oder geschnit-
tenen Produkts eingeführt werden, wobei darauf zu ach-

ten ist, dass seine Spitze nicht aus dem Produkt heraus-
ragt oder das Blech berührt.
Der Kerntemperaturfühler muss bis in die Mitte der
Speise eingeführt werden, wobei darauf zu achten
ist, dass er nicht herauskommt. Behandeln Sie den
Fühler vorsichtig, da er spitz ist.
Entfernen Sie am Ende des Arbeitszyklus den Fühler aus der
Speise, bevor Sie das Blech aus dem Gerät nehmen, reinigen
Sie ihn mit einem weichen Tuch und lauwarmem Wasser
und setzen Sie ihn dann wieder in die Zelle ein.
Lassen Sie den Kerntemperaturfühler nicht außerhalb der
Türe des Geräts hängen. Um unerwünschte Verunreinigun-
gen zu vermeiden, muss der Fühler vor jedem Arbeitszyklus
gereinigt und desinfiziert werden.
Nutzen Sie den Fühler mit Vorsicht, da er sie spitz ist, und
wenn er für einen Garzyklus verwendet wurde, ist er sehr
heiß.

how to uSe the core probe
The core probe must be inserted in the food to be
prepared so that it can read the core temperature of
the food in the cabinet at all times. When the probe
detects that the temperature set for the selected
cycle has been reached (e.g. 3°C) the blast chilling,
shock freezing or cooking cycle ends as the food,
even at its innermost point, has been correctly blast
chilled, shock frozen or cooked.
The probe must be inserted in the centre of the
largest piece/cut of product, ensuring that the tip

does not come out of the other side or touch the
pan.
The core probe must be inserted fully into
the core of the food, making sure that it does
not come out the other side. Handle the
probe with care because it is pointed.
At the end of the operating cycle, pull the probe
out of the food before removing the tray from the
equipment, clean it using a soft cloth and warm wa-
ter, then put it back in the cabinet.
Do not leave the core probe hanging outside the
equipment door.
To avoid undesirable contamination, clean and san-
itise the probe before each work cycle.
Handle the probe carefully as it is very sharp and, if
it has been used for a cooking cycle, it is also very
hot.
