• Die äußeren Ölpumpenrotoren Q der Saugpumpe W und Druckpumpe E einölen
und in das Gehäuse schieben.
Hinweis:
Alle Kennzeichnungspunkte müssen sichtbar sein!
• Beide Ölpumpenwellen R mit den Nadelrollen T und Innenrotoren Y in das
Gehäuse schieben.
Hinweis:
Lagerstellen im Gehäuse sowie Innenrotoren einölen.
• Beide Ölpumpendeckel U mit jeweils 3 Senkschrauben M5 I befestigen, wobei
die Senkschrauben mit Loctite 221 zu sichern sind.
Anzugsdrehmoment
Leichte Drehbarkeit der Ölpumpenwellen überprüfen.

• Lubricate the outer rotors Q of suction pump W and pressure pump E and fit them
in the crankcase.
Note:
All marking points must face outside!
• Fit both oil pump shafts R with pegs T and the inner rotors Y into the crankcase.
Note:
Lubricate seats in crankcase and innter rotors.
• Fix both oil pump covers U with 3 countersunk screws M5 I applying Loctite 221
to the screws.
Tightening torque
Check oil pump shafts for easy movement.
