2. Plug the interface cable into the applicable connection (patient station, head wall, or docker station).
3. Press the N N u u r r s s e e c c a a l l l l button (B) to verify the connection between the product's nurse call signal and the hospital's nurse
call system ( Operator control panel, basic, outside siderail (page 38), Operator control panel, advanced, outside siderail
option (page 39)).

To setup your product to receive a wireless connection, you must set up the i i B B e e d d L L o o c c a a t t o o r r ™ or S S e e c c u u r r e e C C o o n n n n e e c c t t on the
wall at the head end of the product. The i i B B e e d d L L o o c c a a t t o o r r or S S e e c c u u r r e e C C o o n n n n e e c c t t communicates with the product. For instructions

When paired with S S e e c c u u r r e e C C o o n n n n e e c c t t the product can send a cable-free nurse call signal. This setup will be performed by
authorized personnel before the product is placed into service.
To test wireless nurse call communication:
1. Make sure that the product is in a position of -6° reverse Trendelenburg or less to establish a first connection.
2. Apply the brakes ( Applying or releasing the brakes (page 21)).
