The return mixing station option has to be activated
when a COSMO return mixing station is connected.
The option is available in two variants. When the option
is activated, the variant „DTSet" is active. The weather-
compensated variant „Outdoor temperature" can be
activated in the Arrangement/RMS/Expert menu.
To enable return preheating, 3 sensors are used to
monitor the store temperature (SEN1RMS), the unmixed
return temperature (SEN2RMS) and the mixed return
temperature (SEN3RMS).
The controller controls the mixing ratio of the store
water and the heating circuit return via a 3-way-mixer.
In the Mix Runt. (mixer runtime) channel, the runtime of
the mixer from the completely closed to the completely
opened position must be adjusted. The Detection para-
meter determines the opening angle of the mixer when
the heating circuit is to be checked for activity.
WARNING!
The values DTSet and RET max are to be
changed according to the heating system
and the heat source in use.
E. g.: DTSet 10 K and RET max 40 °C when
a floor heating is in use.
Variant „DTSet"
This option controls the return preheating by the ad-
justed set temperature difference, but only up to the
adjusted maximum return temperature, by adding heat
from the store.
