The model does not respond or responds incorrectly:
Release all transmitter controls (especially the throttle lever and steering wheel). Only then switch on the receiver
or the vehicle.
Consult the operating instructions for the vehicle/speed controller and reconfigure the neutral and full throttle
positions for the forward/reverse travel.
Is the vehicle too far away? The range can also be reduced by outside influences, such as interference in the radio
frequency or the proximity of other transmitters (not only remote control transmitters but also Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
devices that also use a transmission frequency of 2.4 GHz), metal parts, buildings, etc.
Guide the receiver antenna cable out of the receiver box and use an upright antenna tube. Do not roll up the
antenna cable. Avoid cutting the antenna cable.
The vehicle is not stationary when the throttle/brake lever is released:
Correct the trim for the drive function.
Consult the operating instructions for the vehicle/speed controller and reconfigure the neutral and full throttle
positions for the forward/reverse travel.
The vehicle moves in the opposite direction to the throttle lever on the transmitter:
Enable the reverse setting for the drive function on the transmitter, as described in section 10.12.
The steering wheel moves in the opposite direction to the rotary control on the transmitter:
Enable the reverse setting for the steering function on the transmitter, as described in section 10.9.
The steering deflection is too small or the steering does not move:
Only when the gyro is disabled: Use the "GYRO LV / ST-D/R" knob (fig. 1, no. 11) to increase the dual-rate steering
setting, as described in section 10.8. Move the knob clockwise to the right.
Re-configure the EPA setting on the transmitter, as described in section 10.13.
The steering moves though no manipulation of the steering wheel on the transmitter takes place:
The integrated receiver gyro counter-steers if the vehicle rear swerves. The gyro is also operational when the
vehicle is stationary, e.g. if you want to turn it or reposition it.
You can disable the gyro if you do not need it (see section 11.1).
The steering deflections via the gyro are too strong/weak:
Set a lower or higher sensitivity, as described in section 11.2.
Ensure the receiver is positioned horizontally (the cables/connectors must face upwards). Otherwise, the gyro will
be unable to correctly detect the unwanted turning movement of the vehicle and counteract it.
The gyro does not work:
Switch on the gyro (see section 11.1).
