CAUTELA - PRECAUZIONE
Non tendere eccessivamente il tap-
peto per non incorrere in un dete-
rioramento precoce del tappeto stes-
so e degli organi di traino e
tensionatura; a tal fine si consiglia
di utilizzare una chiave dinamome-
trica e di prestare attenzione a non
superare i valori di coppia massima
indicati in tabella.
Centraggio del tappeto
Durante il funzionamento il tap-
peto deve compiere un oscillazio-
ne regolare pari a circa 5÷10 mm.
Per garantire questo avviare il
tappeto alla massima velocità e
ruotare la vite A di circa un quar-
to di giro alla volta in uno dei due
sensi fino a ottenere l'oscillazio-
ne specificata. Il dispositivo pneu-
matico di centraggio gestito dal
cilindro C e dalla valvola D non
richiede alcuna regolazione.
CAUTELA - PRECAUZIONE
Prestare attenzione a non appog-
giare alcun oggetto (utensili ecc.)
sul tappeto trasportatore durante
le operazioni di tensionamento e
centraggio descritte.

CAUTION
Do not stretch excessively the belt,
in order to prevent premature wear
of the belt, as well as its driving and
stretching elements. To this end it is
suggested to use a torque wrench
and to pay greatest attention not to
exceed the torque maximum values
indicated in the table.
Belt centering
During its operation, the belt shall
swing
displacement of 5÷10 mm. To

ensure this swinging range start
the machine at a peak r.p.m.
rating. Turn the screw A by 1/4 at
a time, in either direction, until the
C
required swinging is obtained. The
pneumatic centering device
controlled by cylinder C and by
valve D do not need any
adjustments.
CAUTION
Pay attention not to put any
object (tool etc.) on the conveyor
belt while stretching or carrying
out centering operations.
