Causa
Grumi di polvere fra nastro e rullo
calibratore/levigatore dovuti ad una
insufficiente aspirazione.
Rimedio
Verificare l'impianto di aspirazione.
Causa
Grumi di polvere o resina aderenti
al rullo oscillante superiore.
Rimedio
Pulire il rullo superiore con diluen-
te ed asciugare bene.
Causa
Piccoli strappi ai bordi del nastro
abrasivo.
Rimedio
Refilare il nastro abrasivo eliminan-
do gli strappi o sostituirlo con uno
nuovo.
Causa
Giunzione dei nastri abrasivi difet-
tosa.
Rimedio
Verificare la qualità della giunzio-
ne dei nastri abrasivi; sostituirli se
necessario.
Causa
Insufficiente erogazione di aria com-
pressa per il circuito pneumatico.
Rimedio
Verificare che non vi siano tubazio-
ni parzialmente occluse o tubi fles-
sibili piegati malamente.
Causa
Sezione della conduttura pneuma-
tica di alimentazione della macchi-
na insufficiente.

THE SANDING BELTS BREAK
TOO EARLY
Cause
Dust formation between the belt and
the calibrating/sandning roller due
to insufficient suction.
Cure
Check the suction system .
Cause
Dust or resin stick to the upper
oscillating roller.
Cure
Clean the upper roller whit thinner.
Dry well .
Cause
Small tears on the borders of the
sanding belt.
Cure
Trim the sanding belt and
eliminates the tearing or replace it.
Cause
Defective sanding belt joint.
Cure
Check the quality of the sanding
belt joints. If need be, replace them.
Cause
The delivered compressed air is not
enough for the pneumatic circuit.
Cure
Check that no pipe is partially
clogged, or that no hose is badly
bent .
Cause
The cross-section of the machine
feeding pneumatic pipe is
insufficient.
