NOTICE
• Lubricate the cutting plates with the lubricating nipple (7). We recommend a conventional grease (e.g. Mobil EP2 or
Klüberblex BEM).
If the cutting device is no longer cutting the wire or the cutting wire is jammed, you can:
• Reset the programmed robot position for the cutting position.
• Rotate the cutting plates into a new position.
• Replace the cutting plates.
Reposition the robot position
1 Move the robot position in the robot control right or left.
2 If necessary, reteach the stick-out length.
Rotate the cutting plates
1 Unscrew the guide plate together with the injection unit.
2 Unscrew and remove the four M6×16 clamping screws (6) and remove the mounting plate (5) together with the fixed
cutting plate (4).
3 Slightly loosen the clamping screw M10×25 (3).
4 Rotate both cutting plates so that the cutting edge that faces up is unused.
5 Fix the movable cutting plate with the M10×25 clamping screw (3).
6 Use the four M6×16 clamping screws (6) to fix the mounting plate (5) to the fixed cutting plate.
Replace the cutting plates
1 Unscrew the guide plate together with the injection unit.
2 Unscrew and remove the four M6×16 clamping screws (6) and remove the mounting plate (5) together with the fixed
cutting plate (4).
3 Loosen the M10×25 clamping screw (3) completely and remove the movable cutting plate (2).
4 Replace the new cutting plates and attach as described above.
