6.5 Mounting & removing blanks
The machine can process the following blanks:

6.5.1 Mounting blocks in the w orking cham-
ber
You can mount up to 3 blocks into the machine and
have them processed in one job.
The blocks for one job need to be of the same
type (material and dimensions)
1. Open the working chamber door.
2. Use the provided torque wrench to loosen the fix-
ing screws of the blank holder. Do not remove the
screws from the blank holder.

3. Remove all objects from the blank holder if any.
4. Position the block so that the positioning pin at the
block holder lies in the groove in the block shaft.
5. Insert the shaft of the block into the desired pos-
ition in the block holder until it is firmly seated.

6.5.2 Using an optional abutment holder

With an optional abutment holder, your machine can
process prefabricated abutments with prefabricated
connection geometries.
Abutment holders for common abutment
systems can be obtained from customer
service.
