Alternative: Manual Driver Installation

If installation on your PC fails, remove the CoCoS1000 CD and insert the CD containing the
drivers for the adaptor box and retry the installation process.
Choose the letter of your CD-ROM and the folder shown as the path:
Press .
The driver "ser2pl.sys" will now be installed.

Installing CoCoS 1000

1) Before installing the software package, the CSI-D-5 must be properly installed and
connected to your PC. The CS1000 should start when voltage is supplied to the adaptor
box.
2) Insert the CD-ROM with the CoCoS1000 software package.
The CD contains two folders and several files.
•
The "7561" folder contains the driver for the adaptor box.
•
The "Fonts" folder contains the font of the CS, which should be installed automatically
with the software.
3) To install the software, run setup.exe.
