Alarm Recording

You can use a door switch or alarm sensor to trigger
alarm recording. You can make alarm recording in
recording mode and stop mode with the selected
recording speed during selected duration.

Turn on the power of the equipment to be used.

Press MENU and MENU V until "4" of the MAIN
MENU flashes on the monitor screen.

Press MENU B.
The ALARM SET menu appears.

Press MENU V to move the flashing to the setting
of ALARM SPEED and set it by pressing MENU +
or –.
When TAPE in the GENERAL SET menu is set
to E-240:
Set ALARM SPEED to 8H, 24H, 40H or NC by
pressing MENU + or –.
8H: for recording in 8-hour mode
24H: for recording in 24-hour mode
40H: for recording in 40-hour mode
NC: for recording at the same speed as before the
alarm was received
When TAPE in the GENERAL SET menu is set
to E-180:
Set ALARM SPEED to 6H, 18H, 30H or NC by
pressing MENU + or –.
6H: for recording in 6-hour mode
18H: for recording in 18-hour mode
30H: for recording in 30-hour mode
NC: for recording at the same speed as before the
alarm was received
