- Mettere una busta di plastica sopra il tubo
di scarico per evitare che entri umidità.
- Coprire il motociclo per proteggerlo da
polvere e sporcizia.
Per rimettere in attività il motociclo,
procedere come segue:
- Accertarsi che la candela sia serrata .
- Riempire il serbatoio carburante.
- Far girare il motore per circa 5 minuti per
scaldare l'olio dopodichè scaricare
quest'ultimo.
- Versare olio fresco nel carter (pagina 92).
- Controllare tutti i punti richiamati nella
sezione "Schema di manutenzione
periodica" (pagina 282).
- Lubrificare tutti i punti richiamati nella
sezione "Schema di manutenzione
periodica" (pagina 282).

- Tie a plastic bag over the exhaust pipe to
prevent moisture from entering.
- Put a cover over the motorcycle to keep
dust and dirt from collecting on it.
To put the motorcycle back into the use af-
ter storage.
- Make sure the spark plug is tight.
- Fill the fuel tank.
- Run the engine for about five minutes to
warm the oil, and drain the transmission
oil.
- Put in fresh transmission oil (P. 92).
- Check all the points listed under the
Periodic maintenance schedule (P. 282).
- Lubricate the points (listed in the Periodic
maintenance schedule P. 282).
