Background in Pink – banned endpoint
'Host Limit' value in endpoint is 0. EOC master will refuse to serve this endpoint. Host(User) at this endpoint
cannot reach the Ethernet link of EOC master (toward ISP) through EOC coax.
Background in Yellow – new driver to upgrade
There exists new EOC driver in upload area. Upgrade the selected master or endpoint to new EOC driver.
6.3.1. Setting Profile
Store current master/current endpoint/default endpoint settings
EOC master will store the setting values of individual endpoint into its nonvolatile memory, includes
G.hn(Ethernet) settings and WiFi settings. While endpoint is off-line and doesn't need any service, you may
delete its obsolete profile manually to save EOC master storage space.
User Defined endpoint Default Profile
Configure the 'EP Default Profile'. While EOC master encounters new on-line endpoint at the first time, EOC
master will apply this defined default settings profile onto endpoint. The profile includes endpoint G.hn
(Ethernet)/WiFi settings.
Delete the Obsolete endpoint Profile
For the off-line endpoint, the light in Link field has gray, click on the 'Del EP' button will delete selected
endpoint profile(s).
6.4. Auto Provision/Upgrade
Using the Auto Provision function, configuration files can be downloaded from a TFTP server and used to
configure the EOC master and connected EOC endpoints. In addition, upgrade files for the EOC driver and WiFi
driver can be automatically loaded into the endpoints.
