STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
^ Ensure filters and batteries are stored in accordance with instructions below. These products
should be stored in the packaging provided in dry, clean conditions away from direct sunlight,
sources of high temperature, petrol and solvent vapours.
Do not store outside the temperature range -30°C to +50°C or with humidity above 90%.
If the product will be stored for an extended period of time before use, the suggested storage
temperature is 4°C to 35°C.
When stored as stated, the expected shelf life (prior to use) of the Powered Air Turbo and the
filter is 5 years from date of manufacture. For extended storage, the Powered Air Turbo should
be run for at least 5 minutes once a year. For long term storage the battery should be removed
from the Powered Air Turbo. Optimal storage temperature for batteries is 15°C. The expected
shelf life (prior to use) of the battery is 12 months from date of manufacture. The original
packaging is suitable for transporting the product throughout the European Union.

The TR-602E Powered Air Turbo is marked to EN12941.
The TR-602E Powered Air Turbo is marked with manufacturing location and date of
manufacture information. The format is LYYDDD. For example, B14112 would be manufacturing
location code 'B', manufactured in 2014 on the 112th day.
The standard economy and high capacity batteries for use with the Powered Air Turbo are
marked to EN12941 and EN12942.
The batteries are marked with a date of manufacture and cell type (year/week/cell type) e.g.
09/10/1 for 2009, week 10, cell type 1.

DESCRIPTION DU SYSTEME
L'unité turbo à ventilation assistée 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-602E est conçue pour être utilisée
conjointement avec l'une des coiffes approuvées (voir le guide des références). Ce produit
satisfait aux exigences de la norme EN12941 (Appareils de protection respiratoire - Appareils
filtrants à ventilation assistée).
L'unité turbo à ventilation assistée peut être utilisée avec des batteries économiques standard
(TR-630) ou à haute capacité (,TR-632) ainsi qu'avec un éventail de filtres combinés contre les
particules/gaz et contre les vapeurs, ou de filtres contre les particules (dont un contre les odeurs
gênantes). Vous pouvez paramétrer manuellement l'unité turbo à ventilation assistée afin
d'obtenir trois niveaux de débit d'air : standard, moyen ou élevé. L'unité inclut aussi un module
de contrôle électronique qui émet des alarmes sonore, visuelle et vibratoire en cas
d'affaiblissement de la batterie ou du débit d'air dans la coiffe. Elle possède un indicateur de
filtre, qui offre des informations sur la charge en particules du filtre, et un indicateur de batterie,
qui offre des informations sur le niveau de charge de la batterie.
^ L'indicateur de charge du filtre s'applique aux filtres contre les particules uniquement. Il ne
fournit aucune information sur la durée de vie des filtres contre les gaz et les vapeurs.
