Preparation

into a small bowl and stir to combine .
Butter 4 bread slices on one side with butter
and place the buttered side down . Spread

6 Shallots (peeled and sliced finely

1 tbsp Capers (drained and chopped)
½ Lemon
1 dash Freshly ground pepper (black)
Preparation

Place smoked salmon slices on top .
Garnish the shallots between the 4 bagels .
Sprinkle over capers and squeeze with lemon
juice . Season with pepper and place upper
