Warranty
The manufacture and testing of the children's bicycle is based on EN ISO 8098:2014 [standard for children's bicycles – technical safety
requirements and test methods]. In purchasing this children's bicycle you have chosen a high quality product. According
to the current rights of warranty, you are entitled to an implied warranty of two years. However, the manufacturer does not
provide warranty services for damages that may be attributed to normal wear and tear, overload, e.g. for sporting events, accidents,
tampering, improper maintenance, as well as failure to observe the operating instructions.

Intended use
The children's bicycle is approved only as play equipment and is not suited for use in traffic on public roads. This vehicle is
authorised for use by one person – and is not suited for use by children under the age of 36 months (3 years). Depending upon the
size of the kid's bike, the manufacturer recommends the use by children between the ages of three and eight years. The maximum
permitted load is 50 kilograms. Avoid jumps and driving over edges and/or curbs. For safety reasons, the luggage rack is designed
for a maximum weight of 20 kg. However, a loaded rack has an adverse impact on bike riding safety. The luggage rack may not be
used to transport persons.
Limitation of liability
The manufacturer assumes no liability for the failure to comply with the intended use and the safety advice in this operating
manual and any damages that may result from such non-compliance. This applies in particular to an improper final assembly,
in the case of overloading, as well as incorrect or improper remedy/repair of defects.
The advice of the component manufacturers included with the bike – according to the equipment included – form an integral
part of this operating manual.
