TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems with cleaning procedure
Description
The water drawer is
difficult to clean.
There is no water
inside the grill -/
roasting pan after
descaling.
There is dirty water
on the bottom of the
cavity after desca‐
ling.
There is too much
water on the bottom
of the cavity after
cleaning.

Possible
cause
The lid and the
wave breaker were
not removed.
The water drawer
was not filled in to
the maximum level.
The grill -/ roasting
pan is on a wrong
shelf position.
You put too much
detergent in the
oven before you
started cleaning.
Remedy
Remove the lid and
the wave breaker.
Check if a descaling
agent / water is
present in the water
drawer body.
Remove the re‐
maining water and
the descaling agent
from the bottom of
the oven. Next time
put the grill -/ roast‐
ing pan on the first
shelf position.
Next time evenly
spread the thin lay‐
er of a detergent on
the cavity walls.
