Note: To fill, the safety loop must be bypassed with the key-operated switch.
Note: The tank of the 850 W chiller is on top. When the pump is switched on, this means
that there is a higher risk of coolant squirting out of the hose than with older models. To
prevent this from happening you should use the filling hose extension.
When preparing the coolant, make absolutely sure that the mixture is clean
because even small amounts of dirt can cause changes in the coolant and can
damage the components in the cooling circuit.
Caution - Risk of injury by inhalation, ingestion, eye or skin contact from
Glysantin
Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves as well as respiratory and eye protec-
tion when handling Glysantin.
Heed the handling notes given in the safety data sheets or the notes on the cool-
ant container.

8. Fit funnel with filling hose extension (Fig. 75/
3) to the hose coupling (Fig. 79/2) and secure
it against kinking with the magnet (Fig. 79/1).
9. Prepare approx. 3 liters of coolant in the
measuring cup (Fig. 75/2) using the mixture
ratio
(1 part Glysantin : 2 parts chlorine-free drink-
ing water).
10. Carefully fill the blend into the funnel until
the liquid level in the filler hose has reached
the "Max" mark (Fig. 81/1).
