Suprasetter 106 – Installation
1. Bypass the safety loop with the key-operated
switch and switch on the Suprasetter.
2. Unplug connectors X70 (Fig. 76/1) from X70F
(Fig. 76/2) and plug them to X70S (Fig. 76/3).
The brake in the drive motor is now released.
3. Rotate the plate cylinder until the bleed nip-
ple is at the top. Plug connectors X70 (Fig.
76/1) to X70F (Fig. 76/2) again. The plate cyl-
inder is locked by the brake again.
4. Switch off the Suprasetter with the power
switch.
5. Fit the vent hose (Fig. 75/6) on the hose
adapter (Fig. 77/1). Guide the other end of the
vent hose (Fig. 75/6) into the fluid container
(Fig. 75/1).
6. Open the vent valve (Fig. 77/2) on the plate
cylinder (not more than 4 turns). Pull the vent
hose (Fig. 75/5) out of the cable tie loop (Fig.
81/2) and guide it into the fluid container.
7. Loosen the filler hose (Fig. 78/4) by removing
the plug (Fig. 78/1) from the transport safe-
guard (cable-tie loop, Fig. 78/2); to do so,
pull the ring (Fig. 78/3) back.
