USING THE PULSE COMPUTER
In clock mode, press key "A" to switch to pulse
mode.

If you are wearing the transmitter belt, the cur-
rent heart rate is displayed in the top line of the
LC display. The heart icon in the top left corner
blinks, if the transmitter belt receives the heart
tone. If no signal is received the heart symbol
stops flashing and the last puls data is shown.
The digits in square brackets [80] show the
current heart rate as a percentage of the maxi-
mum heart rate (MHR).
Example:
With a current heart rate of 144, a value of 80%
is displayed.
The heart and the numerical value in the middle
line of the display refer to the average pulse rate.
The bar at the left of the screen shows graphic-
ally whether you are below, within or above the
training zone.
