BEFORE STARTING
Connect the elastic belt with the transmitter.
!
Adjust the elastic belt so that it fits tightly around
your chest just below the pectoral muscles.
Moisten the transmitter`s conductive pads
with saliva or ECG-gel (available at your local
chemest´s) in order to ensure a good contact
with the skin at all times.
The computer can be worn like a watch on your
wrist or it can be fixed on the handlebar of your
bike with the mounting system (included with
your pulse computer) (Fig. 6).
