- Se la fune , sul bozzello tende ad
avvitarsi, sganciare il gancio capocor
da fisso, tirare la fune e ruotarla nel
senso opposto fino ad annullare
l'avvitamento, quindi riagganciare il
capocorda.
- Manovrare con dolcezza la leva di
comando per evitare sobbalzi del
carico ed eventuali difettosi
avvolgimenti della fune sul tamburo.
- Sollevare il carico verticalmente,
evitando oscillazioni e sollevamenti
obliqui.
- Verificare giornalmente lo stato della
fune, se usurata, rovinata o anche
solamente con un filo rotto (vedi ISO
4309), provvedere immediatamente
alla sostituzione (consultare il vostro
consessionario).
- Verificare giornalmente l'efficenza del
fine corsa idraulico salita e discesa
gancio e la tenuta del freno con carico
applicato.
- Lubrificare periodicamente con olio la
parte rotante del gancio.
- Verificare periodicamente il buon
avvolgimento della fune sul tamburo.
- Gli accessori seguenti non sono
destinati ad impianti per il
sollevamento o lo spostamento di
persone.
- Prima della prima messa in servizio
dell'argano, o di qualsiasi altra
attrezzatura che appenda il carico con
un gancio, denunciarlo alla autorità
preposta per il controllo (ISPEL) della
vostra zona (solo per Italia).
- Ricordarsi ogni anno seguente di
richiedere la visita di controllo alla USL
della vostra zona (solo per Italia).

- If the cable tends to become twisted
around the block, release the fixed end
hook, pull the cable in the opposite
direction until the twisting is eliminated,
then re-connect the end unit.
- Operate the control lever gently to
prevent jerking of the load and
possible problems in the winding of the
cable onto the drum.
- Raise the load vertically, avoiding
swaying and slanting lifting.
- Check the cable daily; if it is worn or
damaged or has even one broken
strand (see ISO 4309) replace it
immediately (contact your dealer).
- Check that the hydraulic hook raising
and lowering limit stop is in good
working order and that the brake holds
with load applied.
- Oil the revolving part of the hook
in periodically.
- Check periodically that the cable is
winding onto the drum correctly.
- The following accessories are not
intended for systems for lifting or
moving people.
- Before putting the winch or any other
equipment in which the load hangs
from a hook into service, report it to
the relative authority (ISPEL) in your
zone for checking (for Italy only).
- Every year, remember to request your
local health authority (USL) for a visit
of inspection (Italy only).
Before putting the winch into operation
on the lift-truck check that the machine
is compatible and that its safety system
is set appropriately for the type of winch
required.
Incorrect setting of the safety system
may put your safety at serious risk; if in
doubt, do not hesitate to contact your
dealer immediately.

- Falls das Seil dazu neigt, sich um den
Seilblock zu winden, klinken Sie den
Ösenschuh mit dem feststehenden
Haken aus, ziehen Sie am Seil und
drehen Sie es in entgegengesetzter
Richtung, bis kein Umwinden mehr
vorhanden ist.
Anschließend klinken Sie den
Ösenschuh wieder ein.
- Betätigen Sie den Bedienhebel
vorsichtig, um ein Springen der Last
und eventuell falsches Aufwickeln des
Seils auf der Trommel zu vermeiden.
- Heben Sie die Last senkrecht an und
vermeiden Sie Hin- und Herschwingen
sowie schräges Heben.
- Überprüfen Sie täglich den Zustand
des Seils.
Falls das Seil verschlissen oder
beschädigt ist oder auch nur eine
gerissene Litze aufweist (siehe ISO
4309), muß das Seil umgehend
ausgewechselt werden (wenden Sie
sich dazu an Ihren Vertragshändler).
- Überprüfen Sie täglich, ob der
hydraulische Endanschlag zum Heben
und Senken des Hakens und die
Bremse bei eingehängter Last
einwandfrei funktionieren.
- Schmieren Sie den Drehbereich des
Hakens in regelmäßigen Abständen
mit Öl.
- Überprüfen Sie in regelmäßigen
Abständen, ob sich das Seil auf der
Trommel richtig aufwickelt.
- Die folgenden Anbaugeräte sind nicht
für Anlagen zum Heben oder
Befördern von Personen geeignet.
- Vor Inbetriebnahme der Winde oder
eines jeden anderen Anbaugeräts, bei
dem die Last mit einem Haken auf-
gehängt wird, muß das Gerät bei der
für Ihr Gebiet zuständigen
Kontrollbehörde (ISPEL) gemeldet
werden (nur für Italien).
- Denken Sie daran, in jedem Folgejahr
bei der für Ihr Gebiet zuständigen USL
die Inspektion zu beantragen (nur für
Italien).
Vor der Inbetriebnahme der Winde am
Gabelstapler vergewissern Sie sich, daß
das Gerät und die Einstellung seines
Sicherheitssystems mit dem gewünsch-
ten Windentyp kompatibel sind.
Eine Einstellung, die nicht dem
Sicherheitssystem entspricht, kann für
Ihre persönliche Sicherheit gefährlich
sein. Falls Sie Zweifel haben, wenden
Sie sich unverzüglich an Ihren
Vertragshändler.
