La tensione della cinghia del ventilatore
alternatore deve essere regolata in
modo che, esercitando una pressione
normale con il pollice, la flessione della
cinghia sia di 10 mm circa (fig.C1 "3" ).
Nel caso di una tensione scorretta,
allentare le viti 1 e 2 (fig.C1) di due o tre
giri e ruotare il gruppo alternatore in
modo da ottenere la tensione di cinghia
richiesta.
Stringere di nuovo le viti 1 e 2 (fig.C1)
Verificare lo stato della cinghia
(segni di usura o screpolature) e cam-
biarla, se necessario (vedere tabella
"elementi filtranti e cinghie").

-ziale assale anteriore e posteriore
Posizionare il carrello su di una superfi-
cie orizzontale con il motore fermo.
Controllare il livello dell'olio del differen-
ziale dell'assale anteriore.
Togliere il tappo 3 (fig.C2).
L'olio deve affiorare all'imbocco del foro.
Se necessario, aggiungere olio attraver-
so il foro di riempimento 1 (fig.C2).
(vedere "LUBRIFICANTI").
Ripetere questa operazione per il diffe-
renziale dell'assale posteriore.

Alternator belt tension
The tension of the alternator fan belt
must be adjusted so that, by exercising
a normal pressure with the thumb, the
belt flexure is about 10 mm (fig. C1 "3").
If the tension is wrong, slacken screws 1
and 2 (fig. C1) by two or three turns and
turn the alternator unit so that the belt
tension is correct.
Tighten screws 1 and 2 again (fig. C1).
Check the condition of the belt (signs of
wear or cracks) and replace it if neces-
sary.

Check the oil level in the front

and rear axle differential
Set the truck on a horizontal surface
with the engine off.
Check the oil level in the front axle diffe-
rential.
Remove plug 3 (fig. C2).
The oil must be flush with the edge of
the hole.
If necessary, add oil through fill hole 1
(fig. C2). (See "LUBRICANT" chart).
Repeat this operation for the rear axle
differential.

Keilriemenspannung der
Lichtmaschine prüfen
Die Keilriemenspannung der
Lichtmaschine
muß so eingestellt werden, daß der
Keilriemen sich mit dem Daumen um ca.
10 mm eindrücken läßt (Abb. C1 "3").
Falls die Spannung nachgestellt werden
muß, die Schrauben "1" und "2" (Abb.C1)
um zwei oder drei Umdrehungen
lösen und die Lichtmaschine soweit ver-
stellen, bis die korrekte
Keilriemspannungerreicht ist.
Die Befestigungsschrauben "1" und "2"
(Abb. C1) wieder festziehen.
Den Zustand des Keilriemens prüfen auf
Verschleiß, Rißbildung etc. prüfen und
ggf.ersetzen.

Füllstand Differenzialöl prüfen.

Das Fahrzeug auf ebener Fläche abstel-
len.
Motor abstellen.
Den Ölstand im Differential der
Vorderachse prüfen.
Den Stopfen "3" (Abb. C2) entfernen.
Das Öl muß dann aus der
Kontrollöffnung austreten.
Falls erforderlich, Öl durch die
Einfüllschraube "1" (Abb. C2) nachfüllen
(vgl. "TABELLE DER
FÜLLMENGEN").
Der gleiche Vorgang für die Hinterachse
wiederholen.
