Controllare livello olio idraulico e
trasmissione
Posizionare il carrello su una superficie
piana con il motore spento e il braccio
telescopico ritratto e abbassato quanto
più possibile.
Riferirsi all'indicatore 1 (fig. B2/2).
Il livello dell'olio è corretto quando si
trova tra il riferimento superiore e quello
inferiore.
- Se necessario, aggiungere olio (vedere
" LUBRIFICANTI") attraverso il foro di
riempimento 2 (fig. B2/1).
E'necessario mantenere sempre il livello
d'olio al massimo.

Controllare pressione pneumatici e

serraggio dadi ruote
Controllare ed eventualmente rego-
lare la pressione dei pneumatici
(vedere Capitolo "Caratteristiche").
Verificare lo stato dei pneumatici
per ricercare eventuali tagli, protu-
beranze, segni d'usura, etc.
Controllare il serraggio dei bulloni
delle ruote (vedere TABELLA).
Se queste prescrizioni non vengono
osservate, si possono avere danni e
rotture dei prigionieri di fissaggio
delle ruote con conseguenti cause

Check the hydraulic and
transmission oil level
Set the truck on a flat surface with
the engine off and the telescopic
boom retracted and as low as
possible.
Refer to gauge 1 (fig. B2/2).
The oil level is correct when it is
between the upper and lower marks.
- Add oil if necessary (consult the
"LUBRICANT" chart) through fill hole
2 (fig. B2/1).
The oil should always be kept to its
maximum level.

Check the pressure and wheel nut

Check and adjust the tyre pressure if
necessary (see "Specifications" chapter).
Check the condition of the tyres. There
should be no cuts, signs of wear, etc.
Check that the wheel nuts are correctly
torqued (see CHART).
Failure to comply with these instructions
could lead to damage and breakage of
the wheel studs and distortion of the
wheels themselves.

Füllstand Hydrauliköl prüfen
Das Fahrzeug auf ebener Fläche abstel-
len.
Motor abstellen, den
Teleskop soweit wie möglich einfahren
und absenken.
Die Füllstandsanzeige "1" (Abb. B2/2)
beachten.
Der Füllstand ist korrekt, wenn er sich
zwischen der oberen und der unteren
Markierung befindet.
Falls erforderlich durch den
Öleinfüllstutzen "2" (Abb. B2/1) Öl der
vorgeschrieben Sorte einfüllen (vgl.
"TABELLE DER FÜLLMENGEN").
Der Ölstand muß immer an der
oberen Markierung gehalten werden, da
die Ölmenge Einfluss auf den
Temperaturhaushalt der Hydraulik hat..

Reifendruck Prüfen Fester

Sitz der Radmuttern prüfen
Den Reifendruck prüfen und ggf. korri-
gieren (vgl. Kapitel "Technische Daten").
Den Zustand der Reifen auf Verschleiß,
Schnittstellen und sonstige
Beschädigungen
prüfen.
Das Anzugsdrehmoment der
Radschrauben prüfen (vgl. TABELLE).
Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Hinweise,
kann es zu Schäden und Brüchen der
Radschrauben und zur Verformung der
Reifen kommen.

Vorderräder: 630Nm
Hinterräder: 630 Nm
