D 3 - Sostituire filtro olio trasmissione

Con una chiave a collare smontare il fil-
tro dello olio della trasmissione
1(fig.D3). Pulire il supporto del filtro con
un panno pulito e che non lascia
pelucchi.
Riempire il nuovo filtro di uguali
caratteristiche vedi ("TABELLA ELE-
MENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE") con
dell'olio (vedere "LUBRIFICANTI") poi
montare usando solo le mani facendo
attenzione al corretto posizionamento
della guarnizione che avrete prima lubri-
ficato.
Avviare il carrello e controllare che non
ci siano perdite. (Per controllare l'effica-
cia del filtro riferirsi all'indicatore "2").
D D 4 4 - - Sostituire cartuccia filtro olio
idraulico (scarico)
Allentare le 4 viti di fissaggio del coper-
chio del filtro 1 (fig.D4), togliere la car-
tuccia usata e sostituirla con una nuova
di uguali caratteristiche vedi ("TABELLA
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE".
Prima di riavvitare il coperchio del filtro 1
(fig.D4), controllare che la cartuccia sia
D D 5 5 - - Pulire sfiato olio idraulico e
trasmissione
Svitare lo sfiato 1 (fig.D5) sul serbatoio
olio e sostituirlo con uno nuovo di uguali
caratteristiche vedi ("TABELLA ELE-
MENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE").
Montare il nuovo sfiato serrandolo a
mano.

Using a suitable wrench, remove
transmission oil filter 1 (fig. D3).
Clean the filter bracket with a clean
lint-free cloth.
Fill the new filter with oil (see
"LUBRICANT" chart), then fit it in place
by hand, checking that the seal (which
will have been previously lubricated) has
been correctly positioned.
Start the truck and check that there are
no leaks. (To check the efficacy of the
filter see the indicator "2")
D D 4 4 - - Replace the hydraulic oil filter
cartridge
Slacken the 4 screws that fix the cover
of filter 1 (fig. D4), remove the old car-
tridge and replace it with a new one see
("SCHEDULE MAINTENNCE").
Before fitting the cover of filter 1 back on
(fig. D4), check that the cartridge has
been correctly installed.
D D 5 5 - - Replace the hydraulic and
transmission oil vent
Unscrew vent 1 (fig. D5) on the oil tank
and replace it with a new one see
("SCHEDULE MAINTENNCE").
Screw on the new vent by hand.

Getriebeölfilter 1 (ABB. D3) mit einem
geeigneten Schlüssel ausbauen.
Filterhalterung mit einem sauberen, flu-
senfreien Tuch säubern.
Neuen Filter gleichen Typs (siehe "FIL-
TER UND RIEMEN") mit vorgeschriebe-
nem Öl (siehe "SCHMIERÖL") befüllen
und von Hand festschrauben; dabei auf
korrekten Sitz der Filterdichtung achten,
Dichtung vorher einölen.
Teleskoplader starten und Filter auf
Leckstellen prüfen.
Funktionsfähigkeit des Filters in
regelmäßigen Abständen an der
Anzeige "2" überprüfen.
D D 4 4 - - Hydraulikfilter ersetzen
Die 4 Befestigungsschrauben des
Filterdeckels "1" (Abb. D4) lösen, den
Filtereinsatz herausnehmen, und durch
einen neuen Filter ersetzen.
Alte Dichtung und Filter umweltgerecht
entsorgen
Vor dem erneuten Festschrauben des
Filterdeckels "1" (Abb. D4) sicherstellen,
daß der Filtereinsatz korrekt montiert ist.
D D 5 5 - - Entlüftungsfilter Hydrauliktank
ersetzen
Die Entlüftungsvorrichtung "1" (Abb. D5)
auf dem Ölbehälter loschrauben und
durch eine neue ersetzen.
Die neue Entlüftung von Hand fest-
drehen.
Alten Filter umweltgerecht entsorgen.
