E 3 - Sostituire olio differenziale

Posizionare il carrello su di una superfi-
cie orizzontale con il motore fermo e l'o-
lio del differenziale ancora caldo.
Porre una recipiente sotto i tappi di
svuotamento 2(fig.E3) e lasciare defluire
l'olio. Togliere il tappo di livello 3 (fig.E3)
e il tappo di riempimento 1 (fig.E3) per
assicurare uno svuotamento completo.
Rimettere e stringere i tappi 2 (fig.E3).
Mettere l'olio (vedere "LUBRIFICANTI")
attraverso il foro di riempimento 1
(fig.E3). Il livello è corretto quando l'olio
affiora al foro di livello 3 (fig.E3).
Controllare eventuali perdite dai tappi di
svuotamento. Rimettere e stringere il
tappo di livello 3 (fig.E3) e il tappo di
riempimento 1 (Fig. E3). Effettuare la
stessa operazione per il differenziale
togliere i tappi posteriore.
E 4 - Sostituire olio riduttore

Posizionare il carrello su di una superfi-
cie piana, con il motore fermo e l'olio dei
riduttori ancora caldo.
Accertarsi che il tappo di svuotamento e
livello 1 (fig.E4) sia orientato verso il
basso A per far defluire meglio l'olio.
Collocare un recipiente 2 (fig.E4) sotto il
tappo di svuotamento e svitarlo.
Lasciare defluire tutto l'olio. Portare il
foro d'uscita in posizione orizzontale B,
per poter controllare successivamente il
livello olio.
Metter l'olio 3 (fig.E4) (vedere "LUBRI-
FICANTI") attraverso il foro di livello 1
(fig. E4). Il livello è corretto quando l'olio
affiora dal foro 1 (fig.E4).
Rimettere il tappo di svuotamento 1
(fig.E4) e serrarlo. Ripetere questa
operazione per ciascun riduttore.

Put the truck on a horizontal surface
with the engine off and the differential oil
still warm.
Drain the oil from the front axle
differential.
Place a can under drain plugs 1 (fig. E3)
and allow the oil to drain out.
Remove level plug 2 (fig. E3) and fill
plug 3 (fig. E3) to ensure that all oil
drains out.
Refit and tighten plugs 1 (fig. E3).
Fill with oil (see "LUBRICANT" chart)
through fill hole 3 (fig. E3).
The level is correct when the oil reaches
the top of level hole 2 (fig. E3).
Check for any leaks from the drain
plugs.
Refit and tighten level plug 2 (fig. E3)
and fill plug 3 (Fig. E3).
Repeat these operations for the rear
axle.

wheel final drives
Position the truck on level ground, with
the engine off and the oil in the final dri-
ves still hot.
Make sure the drain and level plug 1
(Fig.E4) is pointing downwards A to facili-
tate oil flow.
Place a container 2 (Fig.E4) under the
drain plug and unscrew it. Drain out all
the oil.
Turn the outlet hole to horizontal position
B, to check the oil level subsequently.
Pour oil 3 (Fig.E4) (see "LUBRICANTS")
through level hole 1 (Fig. E4). The level is
correct when the oil reaches the top of
hole 1 (Fig.E4).
Refit drain plug 1 (Fig.E4) and tighten it.
Repeat the operation for all the final
drives.

Hinterachse ersetzen
Das Fahrzeug auf ebener Fläche abstel-
len.
Motor abstellen.
Achten Sie auf Betriebstemperatur der
Achsen.
Differentialöl der Vorderachse ablassen.
Einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter unter
dieÖlablassstopfen "1" (Abb. E3) stellen
und das Öl abfließen lassen. Den
Ölstandsstopfen "2" (Abb. FE3) und den
Öleinfüllstopfen "3" (Abb. E3) ebenfalls
öffnen, damit das Öl schneller abfließt.
Die Stopfen "1" (Abb. E3) wieder ein-
setzen und festziehen.
Durch die Öleinfüllstopfen "3" (Abb. E3)
neues Öl einfüllen (vgl. "TABELLE DER
FÜLLMENGEN"). Der Füllstand ist kor-
rekt, wenn das Öl bis zur Standschraube
"2"
(Abb. E3) reicht. Die Ölablaßstopfen auf
Dichtheit prüfen prüfen. Den Ölstands-
stopfen "2" (Abb. E3) und den Öleinfüll-
stopfen "3" (Abb. E3) einsetzen und
festziehen. Den gleichen Vorgang an
der
Hinterachse wiederholen.
Altöle umweltgerecht entsorgen.

Endantriebe ersetzen
Den Teleskoplader mit stehendem Motor
und warmen
Öl in den Endantrieben auf einer ebe-
nen Fläche abstellen.
Sicherstellen, dass der Ölablass- und
der Ölstandsstopfen
1 (Abb. E4) nach unten (Position A)
zeigt, damit
das Öl besser auslaufen kann.
Einen Auffangbehälter 2 (Abb. E4) unter
den Ölablassstopfen
stellen und diesen abdrehen. Das ganze
Öl auslaufen lassen.
Den Ölablasstopfen in die waagerechte
Stellung B bringen, um
anschließend den Ölstand prüfen zu
können.
Durch den Ölstandsstopfen 1 (Abb. E4)
das Öl 3 (Abb. E4)
(siehe "SCHMIERMITTEL") einfüllen.
Der Stand ist richtig,
wenn das Öl durch die Öffnung 1 (Abb.
E4) zu sehen ist.
Den Ölablassstopfen 1 (Abb. E4) aufset-
zen und anziehen.
Den Vorgang auf jedem Endantrieb wie-
derholen.
