- Nel caso venga riscontrata
un'anomalia il limitatore si pone in
stato di sicurezza bloccando le
manovre (vedere il capitolo
"AUTO-DIAGNOSTICA").
- Nonostante ciò l'operatore prima di
iniziare l'uso della macchina deve
assicurarsi che il limitatore funzioni
correttamente. Per fare ciò deve
verificare la correttezza delle
grandezze indicate facendo delle
prove, deve verificare che non ci siano
messaggi o indicazioni di allarme,
deve verificare il corretto funzionamento
del dispositivo di blocco delle
manovre.
- L'Operatore è responsabile delle
selezioni manuali delle Tabelle di
lavoro della macchina e quindi del
limitatore.
All'accensione automaticamente
rimane selezionata l'ultima
configurazione utilizzata.
- A tale proposito seguire le indicazioni
riportate al capitolo "SELEZIONE
DELL'ATTREZZATURA PRESCELTA".
Un'impostazione non corretta
dell'accessorio può causare un
funzionamento non corretto del
limitatore e quindi creare una
situazione pericolosa di funzionamento
della macchina. Per questo è
fondamentale impostare la tabella
corretta.
- Le condizioni operative cambiano
generalmente quando: si montano le
varie attrezzature (Jib, verricello,
piattaforma, forche) che vanno
impostate sul pannello dall'operatore.
Il cambio del Modo Operativo su
estensione/rientro stabilizzatori,
torretta frontale/360°,
gomme/stabilizzatori è automatico.
- Se la macchina è con carico su
gomme frontali e si ruota la torretta 3°
a destra o 3° a sinistra, uscendo dal
campo di lavoro frontale,
automaticamente il sistema di
sicurezza abbassa la portata di
carico e passa ai valori 360° su
gomme.
Per cui si possono compiere le
operazioni di rientro e tornare nel
campo lavorativo precedente, senza
disattivare il sistema di sicurezza,
perché i movimenti non vengono
bloccati.
Attenzione ad eventuali errori di lettu-
ra del carico quando il braccio é com-
pletamente abbassato. In questa
situazione sollevare leggermente il
braccio prima di sfilarlo e controllare
che la lettura del carico sul display
corrisponda al carico effettivo.
In generale è obbligatorio seguire la
istruzioni fornite dal costruttore della
macchina.

- In case a trouble has been detected,
the LMI puts itself in a safe state by
stopping the manoeuvres (please see
the AUTODIAGNOSTIC chapter).
- In spite of this, the Operator, before
starting the operation with the
machine, must take care that the LMI
is working correctly. To do this, he
must verify the validity of the displayed
values by doing some tests.
He must verify that there are not
messages or alarm indications; he
must verify the correct operation of the
manoeuvre stopping functions.The
operator is responsible for the correct
setting of the machine load table and
therefore for the right LMI set.
- When switching-on the machine the
last selected Table is kept valid, to
allow Operator check.
About this, please follow the
instructions given in the
ATTACHMENT SELECTION chapter.
An incorrect setting of the tables, can
cause an incorrect LMI operation and
therefore can provoke a dangerous
situation for the machine.
- Operating conditions usually change
when:Further attachment are fitted or
removed (jib, winch, basket, forks) and
relevant.
Table selecting mode is set on the
control panel.
Outriggers Extension / Withdrawn,
Turret Front/360° rotation , On
Wheels/Outriggers, Operating Modes
are set in automatic way by

- If the load machine is on the frontal
rubbers and the tower slews 3° right or

- Die Benutzung des Schlüsselschalters
ist nur gerechtfertigt, wenn bestimmte
Gefahren oder Versagen drohen.
- Es ist ausschließlich autorisierten
Personen erlaubt, den Schlüssel zu
betätigen und alleine diese haben die
Verantwortung für den Schlüssel.
- Die LMB verfügt über ein leistungs
starkes FEHLER-DIAGNOSE-
PROGRAMM zur Überwachung der
korrekten
- Bedienung und der
Meßwertaufnehmer.
Wird eine Störung erkannt, dann akti
viert die LMB automatisch die
Abschaltung der lastmomentver
größernden Bewegungen (siehe auch
Kapitel AUTOMATISCHER
SELBSTTEST).
- Trotz des automatischen Selbsttests
hat sich der Bediener vor Beginn der
Arbeit von der einwandfreien Funktion
der LMB zu überzeugen.
Hierzu muß er die Richtigkeit der ange
zeigten Daten durch einige Testssicher
stellen.
Er muß sicherstellen, daß keine
Störmeldungen oder andere
Warnungen anliegen und er hat sich
von der einwandfreien Funktion der
Abschaltung zu vergewissern.
Der Bediener ist alleine verantwortlich
für die korrekte Vorgabe der
rüstzustand sabhängigen Daten.
- Bei Einschalten der Maschine werden
das zuletzt eingegebene Anbaugerät
und der Arbeitsbereich angezeigt. Der
Bediener hat zu überprüfen, ob sich
das Anbaugerät geändert hat, um die
LMB dementsprechend neu zu
programmieren (siehe hierzu auch
Kapitel VORGABE DES
RÜSTZUSTANDS) Bei falscher
Vorgabe arbeitet die LMB
nicht korrekt, was zu schweren
Unfällen führen kann.
- Der Rüstzustand ändert sich, wenn:
Ausrüstungen montiert oder demontiert
werden (Gitterausleger, Winde,
Arbeitsbühne, Gabeln) und die
dementsprechende
Tragfähigkeitstabelle angewählt ist.
Abstützungen aus- oder eingefahren,
Oberwagen nach vorne oder 360°, auf
Rädern oder Stützen.
Der jeweilige Arbeitsbereich wird auto
matisch über Mikroschalter
vorgegeben
Gefahr am sicherheitssystem
Beim positionieren der last unterhalb der
auflagefläche der maschine; Auf even-
tuelle ablesefehler der aufgehobenen
