Togliere il tappo di riempimento 1 (fig.
A2/1) del radiatore.
Lasciare svuotare completamente il
circuito di raffreddamento assicuran-
dosi che gli orifizi non si ostruiscano.
Verificare lo stato dei manicotti e i loro
fissaggi: se necessario, sostituirli.
Pulire il sistema con acqua pulita ed
usare un prodotto detergente, se
necessario.
Serrare di nuovo i tappi di svuotamen-
to 3 (fig. A2/2) e 4 (fig. A2/3).
Preparare il liquido di raffreddamento
(vedere tabella).
Riempire lentamente il sistema di raf-
freddamento fino a 12 mm al di sotto
del collo di riempimento.
Rimettere il tappo di riempimento 1
(fig. A2/1).
Lasciare girare il motore al minimo
per alcuni minuti.
Verificare che non ci siano perdite.
Controllare il livello ed eventualmente
aggiungere altro liquido.
Chiudere il rubinetto riscaldamento in
cabina.(Fig. A2/4 Rif. 5)
Il motore non ha elementi anti-corro-
sione e deve essere riempito tutto
l'anno con una miscela minima conte-
nente 25% di antigelo.
Punto di congelamento in funzione della
% di antigelo.

Remove fill plug 1 (fig. A2/1) of the
radiator.
Allow the cooling system to comple-
tely drain, checking that the drain
holes do not become clogged.
Check the state of the hoses and their
fittings. Replace the hoses if neces-
sary.
Flush the system with clean water and
use a detergent if necessary.
Tighten drain plugs 3 (fig. A2/2) and 4
(fig. A2/3) again.
Prepare the cooling fluid (consult
schedule).
Slowly fill the cooling system until the
fluid reaches 12 mm below the filling
neck.
Screw fill plug 1 (fig. A2/1) back on
again.
Allow the engine to idle for a few
minutes.
Check that there are no leaks.
Check the level and top up with other
fluid if necessary.
Close the heating tap in the
cab. (Fig.A2/4 Rif.5)
The engine has no corrosion resistor
and must be filled with a minimum
mixture of 25% ethylene-glycol based

Den Kühlerverschlußdeckel "1" (Abb.
A2/1) abnehmen.
Den Kühlkreislauf ganz leerlaufen las-
sen und sicherstellen, daß die Öffnun-
gen sich nicht verstopfen.
Den Zustand der Leitungen/Schläuche
und ihre Befestigung prüfen. Falls
erforderlich, sind die
Leitungen/Schläuche zu ersetzen.
Das System mit reinem Wasser durch-
spülen und, falls erforderlich, ein
Reinigungsmittel zusetzen.
Die Ablaßstopfen "3" (Abb. A2/2) und
"4" (Abb. A2/3) wieder festschrauben.
Die Kühlflüssigkeit vorbereiten (vgl.
Tabelle).
Das Kühlsystem langsam füllen, bis
die Kühlflüssigkeit 12 mm unterhalb
des Füllstutzenbundes steht.
Den Kühlerverschlußdeckel "1" (Abb.
A2/1) wieder aufsetzen.
Motor warmlaufen lassen.
Kühlsystem auf Dichtheit prüfen.
Flüssigkeitsstand erneut prüfen, ggf.
auffüllen.
Heizung hahn in der kabine
Schliessen (Abb.A2/4 Rif.5)
Der Motor muß ganzjährig mit
mindestens 25%
Frostschutzmittel auf der Basis von
Äthylenglykol gefüllt sein
( Korrosionsschutz)
Gefrierpunkt in Abhängigkeit der
Konzentration des Frostschutzmittels in %.
