Sostituire l'olio del riduttore
(solo 400°).

Posizionare il carrello, con torretta
allineata, su di una superficie piana,
rientrare e sollevare completamente il
braccio telescopico e poi ruotare la
torretta a destra di +/- 60°, per accedere
meglio ai punti di riempimento del
riduttore rotazione (fig.E9a); fermare il
motore termico e attendere che si
raffreddi l'olio idraulico.
Per la sostituzione dell'olio nella parte
superiore porre un recipiente sotto il
tappo di scarico principale 3 (fig.E9a/1),
allentarlo e lasciare defluire l'olio.
Rimettere e stringere il tappo di scarico
3 (fig.E9a/1). Eseguire il riempimento
attraverso il foro 1 (vedi "Lubrificanti"). Il
livello é corretto quando l'olio affiora e
defluisce dal foro 2 (fig.E9a/1).
Per la sostituzione dell'olio nella parte
freno riduttore rotazione porre un reci-
piente sotto il tappo di scarico olio freno
5 (fig.E9a/1), allentarlo e lasciare deflui-
re l'olio. Togliere il tappo di riempimento
4 (fig.E9a/1) per facilitare lo svuotamen-
to. Rimettere e stringere il tappo di scari-
co olio freno 5 (fig.E9a/1). Eseguire il riempi-
mento attraverso il foro 4 (fig.E9a/1) (vedi
"Lubrificanti").

Swing reduction unit oil change
Position the lift truck, with turret aligned, on a
level surface,
retract and raise telescopic boom completely,
and then turn the turret to the right by
+/- 60°, for better access to the rotation
reduction gear filling points (Fig.E9a).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the hydraulic
oil to cool down.
To change the oil in the top part, place a
suitable vessel under the main drain
plug 3 (fig.E9a/1), loosen this latter and
allow the old oil to drain out. Fit the
drain plug 3 (fig.E9a/1) back on and
tighten it. Pour in new oil through hole 1
(see "Lubricants"). The level is correct
when the oil spills from hole 2 (fig.E9a/1).
To change the oil in the rotation reducer
brake part, place a vessel under the
brake fluid drain plug 5 (fig.E9a/1) and
loosen this latter and allow the oil to
drain out. Remove the fill plug 4
(fig.E9a/1) to allow the oil to flow out
more easily. Fit the brake fluid drain plug
5 (fig.E9a/1) back on and tighten it. Fill
with new oil through hole 4 (fig.E9a/1)
using a bottle (see "Lubricants").

Ölwechsel
Untersetzungsgetriebe der
(only 400°).
Rotation durchführen
Den Teleskopstapler mit ausgerichtetem
Turm auf eine ebene Fläche stellen, den
Teleskopausleger ganz einfahren und
heben und den Turm dann um +/- 60°
nach rechts drehen, um besseren Zugriff
zu den Einfüllstellen des
Rotationsgetriebes (Abb. E9a) zu
erhalten; den Motor abstellen und
abwarten, dass das Öl sich abkühlt.
Zum Wechseln des Öls im oberen Teil
einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter unter
den Hauptablassstopfen 3 (Abb. E9a/1)
stellen, Ablassstopfen entfernen und das
Öl ablaufen lassen. Den Ablassstopfen 3
(Abb. E9a/1) wieder einsetzen und fest-
ziehen.
Das Einfüllen erfolgt durch die Öffnung 1
(siehe"Schmierstoffe"). Der Füllstand
des Öls ist richtig, wenn das Öl die Öff-
nung 2 (Abb.E9a/1) erreicht und austritt.
Zum Wechseln des Ölsder Bremse des
Rotationsgetriebes einen geeigneten
Auffangbehälter unter den Ablassstopfen
5(Abb. E9a/1) stellen, den Stopfen ent-
fernen und das Öl ablaufen lassen.
Den Einfüllstopfen 4 (Abb. E9/1) entfer-
nen, um das Ablaufen zu vereinfachen.
Den Ablaufstopfen des 5 (Abb. E9a/1)
wieder einsetzen und festziehen.
Das Einfüllen des Öls erfolgt durch die
Öffnung 4 (Abb. E9a/1), mit einem
Ölkännchen (siehe "Schmierstoffe").
