Disassembly and replacement
11.1 Disconnecting the
ErgoSpin connecting ca-
ble
CAUTION
The product is not protected against
incorrect assembly/disassembly!
Risk of injury and damage to the device
during subsequent operation.

Do not push the start switch while
plugging the system in.
NOTE
Damage to the connecting cable!
Incorrect loosening or removal of the con-
necting cable may damage the cable or
the plug.

Disconnect the connecting cable
while holding it at the plug.
Proceed as follows when disconnecting a
connecting cable for the ErgoSpin:

Ensure that the tightening system is de-
energized.

Disconnect the connecting cable from
the extension cable or the interface at the
ErgoSpin/CC-ErgoSpin and pull out the
connecting cable.

Loosen the angle plug of the connecting
cable from the interface at the Rexroth
tightening system and pull out the con-
necting cable.

11.2 Disassembling the out-
put drive
ESV/ ESA/ CC-ESV/ CC-ESA
(see Fig. A)
Tools required:
• Hook spanner with DIN 1810 shape B
hinge, outer nut diameter
35-60 mm, pin diameter 4 mm
• Assembly aid ESWM 3 608 876 473

Clamp the assembly aid 20 into a vise or
the like.

Unscrew the union nut 4 using the hook
spanner 21. While doing so, hold the as-
sembly aid 20 to the flange 3 of the out-
put drive as counterweight.

Remove the output drive 2.

Tools required:
• Hook spanner with DIN 1810 shape B
hinge, outer nut diameter
35-60 mm, pin diameter 4 mm

Unscrew the union nut using the hook
spanner. While doing so, fix the output
drive in position using appropriate
means.

Remove the output drive.
