CAUTION
High torques!
When hand-held nutrunners are used for
performing tightening operations with
high torques, the developing forces may
cause injuries, particularly to joints.

Attach and use a torque support.
NOTE
Stable tool quality
Recommendation

To ensure stable tool quality, a ma-
chine capability test (MCT) should be
carried out at regular intervals.

The MCT should comply with VDE/
VDI2645 Sheet 2.


service (see page 100).
NOTE
Improper handling!
Damage to the rotatable angle plug of the
ErgoSpin connecting cable!

Ensure that the rotatable angle plug
16 only rotates within a range of
± 150° from the neutral position
(see Fig. H).

Optimal quality of the tightening
result for CC-ErgoSpin hand-held nu-
trunners
Recommendation

To ensure the optimal quality of the
tightening result, an MCE (machine
capability examination) should be per-
formed on the tightening case.
The tightening channel, the tightening pro-
grams and tightening applications, etc., are
configured and changed via the operating
program of the tightening system, BS300,
BS350 or BS350 CC-ES (until the BS350
standard with V2.400 has been introduced).

Tool change

NOTE
Dirty tool mount!
Damage to property!

If the tool mount s very dirty, it must
be cleaned when the tool is changed.
