Montagem dos componentes
Importante
Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes
estão limpos e em perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções
necessárias para evitar danificar qualquer peça com a qual deve
trabalhar.
Montagem da biela da caixa de velocidades
Insira a biela da caixa de velocidades (1) no recartilhado (N)
na garra da caixa de velocidades, orientando-a de modo que a
referência (1A) presente na biela (1) esteja alinhada com a marca
(N1) presente no recartilhado (N), como mostrado na figura (X).
Fixe a biela (1), encostando e apertando ao binário indicado o
parafuso original (L1).
Insira a anilha de nylon original (H2) no parafuso original (H1).
Remova os resíduos de trava-roscas e aplique LOCTITE 243 no
parafuso (L1).
Acople a haste quick shift (M) à biela (1) e fixe as peças
encostando o parafuso (H1) com anilha (H2).
Aperte o parafuso (H1) ao binário indicado.

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition
before installation.
Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to any part of
the motorcycle you are working on.
Installing the gearbox connecting rod
Insert gearbox connecting rod (1) on gearbox pawl splined shaft (N)
so that reference (1A) on connecting rod (1) is aligned with splined
shaft (N) notch (N1), as shown in the figure (X).
Install connecting rod (1) by starting and tightening original screw
(L1) to the specified torque.
Fit original nylon washer (H2) onto original screw (H1).
Remove threadlocker residues and apply LOCTITE 243 on screw
(L1).
Fit quick shift linkage (M) to connecting rod (1) and fasten the parts
by starting screw (H1) with washer (H2).
Tighten screw (H1) to the specified torque.
