Montaggio componenti kit
Importante
Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino
puliti e in perfetto stato.
Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie per evitare di danneggiare
qualsiasi parte nella quale ci si trova ad operare.
Montaggio bielletta cambio
Inserire la bielletta cambio (1) sul millerighe (N) dell'arpione
cambio, orientandola in modo che il riferimento (1A) presente sulla
bielletta (1) risulti allineato con la tacca (N1) presente sul millerighe
(N), come mostrato in figura (X).
Fissare la bielletta (1) impuntando e serrando alla coppia indicata la
vite originale (L1).
Inserire la rosetta in nylon originale (H2) sulla vite originale (H1).
Rimuovere i residui di frenafiletto e applicare LOCTITE 243 sulla
vite (L1).
Accoppiare l'asta quick shift (M) alla bielletta (1) e fissare i
particolari impuntando la vite (H1) con rondella (H2).
Serrare la vite (H1) alla coppia indicata.

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition
before installation.
Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to any part of
the motorcycle you are working on.
Installing the gearbox connecting rod
Insert gearbox connecting rod (1) on gearbox pawl splined shaft (N)
so that reference (1A) on connecting rod (1) is aligned with splined
shaft (N) notch (N1), as shown in the figure (X).
Install connecting rod (1) by starting and tightening original screw
(L1) to the specified torque.
Fit original nylon washer (H2) onto original screw (H1).
Remove threadlocker residues and apply LOCTITE 243 on screw
(L1).
Fit quick shift linkage (M) to connecting rod (1) and fasten the parts
by starting screw (H1) with washer (H2).
Tighten screw (H1) to the specified torque.
