Self-diagnostics function

The Visionary-B has a self-diagnostics function that checks and monitors the integrity of
the components and functionality.
Most functional tests are run during power-up.
The early detection of faults prevents unplanned downtime situations and makes it
possible to quickly address the problem in the event of a fault.
During operation, a visual warning is shown on the control monitor and can also be
provided as a discrete warning signal.
NOTE!
The self-diagnostics function of the Visionary-B is not a certified safety function. All use
is the responsibility of the user.
Symbol Description
The temperature of the sensor head is above 100 °C.
The temperature of the evaluation unit is above 100 °C.
The sensor head has detected overexposure.
The sensor head has detected underexposure.
The sensor head is heavily contaminated or has been covered in some way.
The connection between the sensor head and the evaluation unit is disrupted.
The internal battery of the evaluation unit is empty.
