Analog output of the electrode force (XGM3, output)

Connection: to XGM3; 10-pole,
2 rows.
Mating connector is comprised in the delivery.
Cable length: max. 50 m at 0.5 mm
max. 100 m at 0.75 mm
Cable type: shielded
An analog output signal is available at XGM3, pin 1, which can be used
to drive a force generating component.
How the actuating variable is converted into electrode force is
dependent on the actuators used.
The „force calibration" function and/or "conversion factor " (charac-
teristic slope) and "zero shift" (Y characteristic shift) parameters are
available for adjustment.
The output signal at XGM3 is normally output immediately after
selection of a welding task, rather than after program start. For de­
viations from this, please refer to the type-specific instructions.
