High dynamic forces and extremely fast movements
Danger of impacts, bruises, entanglement and burns!
" You should always be aware of the possibility that motions can be
triggered by faults of the system and behave with the appropriate
care and sense of responsibility.
Do not ever deactivate any safety–relevant functions!

" Always stay outside the danger area of the welding system when it
is running!
" Make sure that moving system elements are halted safely before
accessing the danger area of the system!
Robots and fixing elements may generate very high dynamic
forces and extremely fast movements. In addition, expulsion may
occur during a welding schedule.
Fault reset
Dangerous machine movements possible!
" Prior to acknowledging error messages, make sure that there is
no-one in the hazard area of the welding equipment!
If the start signal is present when an error message is acknowled­
ged, the weld timer will start its program run immediately.
Damaged system parts
Possibility of reduction of safety of persons/systems, function
disturbances/restrictions!
" Before starting to work, subject the plant to a reasonable, practical
check for possible damages (e.g. visual inspection).
" Report any damages and malfunctions of the unit to your super­
visor and servicing or repair department immediately.
Expulsions, hot surfaces, sharp metal edges
Possibility of burns, eye injuries!
" Wear protective gloves in order to protect yourself against injuries
on sharp metal edges and burns on the parts to be welded!
" Wear protective goggles in order to protect your eyes against ex­
pulsion or hot metal burr.
" Only wear flame-retardant working clothes.
" Do not touch the heat-sink profile to prevent burns.
