Instructions for Use
Table Clamps
Loosen the knobs on the lateral aspect of the Clamp body to unlock the
Clamp from the table rail. Slide the Table Clamp off the rail, disengaging
the table rail gravity locks if appropriate. Clean as directed in the
following section and store in a safe location, preferably the designated
location on the Storage Cart.
Storage Cart (AR-1650-06)
Careful storage of the Arthrex Shoulder Suspension System can help
prolong its life. It is recommended that the system be stored in the
Storage Cart (AR-1650-06). The Cart features locations for each
component to secure and protect them and make transportation easier.
The Storage Cart can be loaded as shown (Figure 27). Lower the Tower
into its place in the Cart by placing the hook end of the Tower in the slot
between the cart body and the pin. To store the Table Clamp, slide it
over the end of the Cart latch and lower the latch into place. The Cart
will hold up to six Weights, the Weight Hanger, the Tower and the Clamp.
The Cart allows for simple movement and storage of the system. The Cart
should be stored in a location with an even surface.

Caution: Do not leave Cart on a inclined surface
Warning: Applying force to the Tower when it is loaded in the
Cart can result in tipping the cart
I. Cleaning and Maintenance
After each use, clean the device. Follow the instructions for cleaning of
the applicable parts below
Caution: Do not clean with bleach. Failure to properly clean
product can result in reduced performance.

Tower, Weights, Cart and Clamps:
•
Clean and disinfect all surfaces using a quaternary
ammonium disinfecting/cleaning solution following the
manufacturer's recommendation for achieving low-level
disinfection.
•
Read the cleaning product's directions and follow
the instructions on the label.
•
Use caution in areas where fluid migration may occur.
•
Wipe device with a clean, dry cloth.
•
Make certain the product is dry prior to reinstalling
to avoid damage.

Dispose of materials appropriately according to facility
requirements. DO NOT USE MULTIPLE TIMES.
