1 bottom" engaged at the same time
10 Mode counter Gantry travel is not counting Portal driving counter is defective; por-
12 Mode counter Lift/lower roof brush is not

13 Travel counter Raise/Lower drier 1 does

14 Frequency converter portal driving is not

1 Display
Faults recognised by the control unit are
shown in the plant display or the display on
the comfort operating point (option).
Note:
Only malfunctions that can be remedied by
the operator are stated in the following sec-
tion. If other malfunctions are shown on the
display, please inform the Customer Ser-
vice.
Possible cause
Limit switch allocated or defective via
foreign metal part
Limit switch is defective
tal driving motors are defective; limit
switch portal driving start/end are defec-
tive
Mode counter defective; lifting motor of
roof brush is defective; limit switch roof
brush above/ below is defective
Travel counter defective, lifting motor

Remedy
Remove foreign part, check limit switch for
damages, switch on/ off the unit, repeat
washing process
Check limit switch for damages, switch on/
off the unit, repeat washing process
Check limit switch portal driving for defects;
remove metal parts from the hall floor;
switch off/on the unit, repeat washing pro-
cess, call Customer Service
Check limit switch for roof brush for de-
fects; switch off/on the unit, repeat washing
process, call Customer Service
Check limit switch drier 1 for damage,
switch unit off and on, repeat washing pro-
cess, call aftersales service
Check cable and motors for damages,
switch on/ off the unit, repeat washing pro-
cess
Check cable and lifting motors of the roof
brush and drier for damages, switch on/ off
the unit, repeat washing process
Switch off and switch on the unit, repeat
washing process, call Customer Service
