1. Remove the back cover (K) on the foot end fastener (J).
2. Mount the foot end fastener on the four floor plates and secure with 1/2''-13 hex head cap screws and lock washers
(Figure 5).
3. Secure the back cover onto the foot end fastener.
4. Mount the head end fastener (L) on the three floor plates and secure with three 1/2''-13 hex head cap screws and lock
washers (Figure 5).
5. Make sure that the fastener spacing matches Figure 6.

1. Position the eight washers (P) between the eight screws (O) (four on each side) and the foot end fastener lock down
base plate (Q) (Figure 7).
N N o o t t e e - - Position the track mounted fastener (Unwin adaptor) (R) under the lock down base plate (Q) with the black arrow
on the Unwin adaptor facing toward the head end of the ambulance (Figure 7).
2. Loosely tighten the screws (O) to attach the track mounted fastener (Unwin adaptor) (R) to the foot end fastener lock
down base plate (Q) (Figure 7).
