NOTICE
• Ensure that the welding torch/gas nozzle is positioned concentrically over the injection unit.
1 Move the welding torch (1) over the injection opening.
2 Move the welding torch (1) slowly downward (in the direction of the arrow). This 'opens' the rubber seal.
The welding torch's immersion depth is limited by the injection unit's stroke.
3 Move the front side of the gas nozzle against the thrust ring.
Move the welding torch further down to activate the injection pulse.
NOTICE
• Note the max. stroke of the injection unit (see Fig. 13 Injection unit stroke movement on page EN-21)
Deactivate injection pulse
