6 Putting into operation
6.3 Injection unit
NOTICE
• Before setting up the injection unit, please check that a compatible gas nozzle seal is being used. This
depends on the gas nozzle diameter used.
• Inflowing compressed air sucks in the anti-spatter fluid and mixes it with the compressed air flow.
Recommendation: The period needed to sufficiently wet the gas nozzle/welding torch should not
exceed 2-3 seconds.
