Instructions for Use
Note: These instructions are consecutive. Failure to
follow the defined and specified sequence explicitly
disclaims their validity.
1. Using aseptic technique, transfer forceps from the
package to the sterile field.
2. Connect the forceps cord to the socket of an
electrosurgical cord. WARNING: Ensure the
connection is completely seated. Failure to
observe warning may result in electrical shock or
injury to the patient or operating room personnel.
3. Using aseptic technique, insert the bipolar cord
generator plug(s) into the bipolar electrosurgical
generator. WARNING: Ensure the bipolar
electrosurgical generator is in the "off" position
when connecting the bipolar cord. Failure to
observe warning may result in electrical shock or
injury to the patient or operating room personnel.

Dispose of the forceps in accordance with the facility's
guidelines for potentially biohazardous sharp materials.

warranties of merchantability or fitness, are hereby

instructions for use. There are no warranties that extend
beyond the description on the face hereof. Abuse or
misuse of the product or failure to comply with the
instructions for use shall void this warranty.
