Important Hints on making Wine
• This product is provided with only glasses, so the large container must be purchased
separately.
• Fermentation: The time of fermentation is 7d×24h=168h (a week).
• Filtration: Filter the wine with the gauze and pour it into a clean container one week after
fermentation, and dump dregs into dustbin. (The gauze can be washed for reuse).
• Storage and Drinking: After being filtered, wine should be stored in sealed small con-
tainer, which is placed at any cool place of house (the ideal temperature is about 13 ).
• Microcomputer controlled yogurt maker reminds the completion of making with a tone,
and the screen still shows 00, but the operation has stopped.
• This product shall be washed immediately after use to prevent any abnormal odor.
• Before cleaning, this product shall be turned off and thoroughly cooled down.
