5.1.g - Economy cycle (Fig.8)
• Access the menu as described above.
• Select the economy function (1) and confirm by
pressing the knob to start the function.
ATTENTION
The economy function can be enabled when
the oven has reached the baking temperatu-
re but you do not have any pizzas to bake,
that way maintaining the baking tempera-
ture while consuming less electrical energy
by making the ceiling and floor heating
elements operate alternately.
• To exit the economy function, press the button cor-
responding to the icon (2).

• Access the menu as described above.
• Select the icon (1) and confirm by pressing the knob
to access the date and time setting screen.
