3.5.9 Connection adapter for CRI/CRIN and DHK/UI
The adapter nuts (M 12 x 1.5 and M 14 x 1.5) included in
the scope of delivery and the connection adapter (Fig. 9,
Pos. 1) are required for the high-pressure connection for
CRI/CRIN and DHK/UI with M 12 x 1.5 or M 14 x 1.5 thread.
The connection adapter with the corresponding adapter
nut is connected between CRI/CRIN or DHK/UI and the
high-pressure hose.

Always connect the high pressure connecting line to
the component using the connection adapter. Never
connect the high pressure connecting line directly to
the CRI/CRIN or DHK/UI. Always keep the connection
adapter clean.

If the connection adapter is leaking, both O rings
and supporting rings in the connection adapter must
be replaced (spare parts set 1 680 210 150).

3.5.10 Hose lines

When positioning the hose lines, e.g. on the work
surface, always ensure that the area is clean.
Each time the hose lines are connected to the test
specimen, always check first that the connections
for the hose lines are clean.
The hose line 1 680 712 308 supplied is used to convey
the test oil injected by the CRI or DHK/UI from the
injection chamber (Fig. 7, Pos. 5) to the EPS 200.

The hose line 1 680 712 287 supplied is used to allow
the oil to return from the CRI to the EPS 200.

On injectors with a locking clamp, secure the hose
line 1 680 712 287 with the locking clamp.
