Produktbeschreibung
Der drehbare Anschlussadapter (Fig. 1, Pos. 1) wird als Ver-
bindungsstück zwischen der Hochdruckschlauchleitung vom
EPS 200 / EPS 205 und dem Injektor oder Düsenhalterkombi-
nation verwendet. Durch Tausch der Reduziermutter
Pos. 3) kann der Anschlussadapter auf den jeweiligen Injektor
angepasst werden.
Im Lieferumfang sind zwei Reduziermuttern (M12x1,5 und M14x1,5)

enthalten .

Der Anschlussadapter ist nur für den Betrieb am EPS 200
/ EPS 205 (Pmax = 220 MPa) zugelassen. Der Anschluss-
adapter nie mit Anschlussadapter 1 687 023 420 und
1 687 023 421 verwenden.
Inbetriebnahme
1. Hochdruckschlauchleitung (siehe Fig. 2) am Anschlussad-
apter anschließen. Anziehdrehmoment: 25 – 30 Nm
2. Passende Reduziermutter (Fig. 1, Pos. 3) an die Sechs-
kantmutter (Fig. 1, Pos. 2) befestigen.
Anziehdrehmoment = 5 – 10 Nm.
3. Anschlussadapter am Injektor befestigen.
Anziehdrehmoment = 25 – 30 Nm
O-Ring wechseln
Die beiden O-Ringe und Stützringe im Inneren des Anschluss-
adapters nutzen sich mit der Zeit ab (Verschleißteile) und
der Anschlussadapter wird undicht. Bei Undichtheit des An-
schlussadapters, müssen die beiden O-Ringe und die beiden
Stützringe gewechselt werden.
Bestellnummer Ersatzteilset: 1 680 210 150
1. Reduziermutter M14x1,5 (Fig. 3, Pos. 1) bis ca. 1,5 mm
vor der Überwurfmutter (Fig. 3, Pos. 3) auf den Anschluss-
Stutzen (Fig. 3, Pos. 2) schrauben.
2. Reduziermutter mit einem Schraubenschlüssel festhalten
(Fig. 4, Pos. 1) .
3. Überwurfmutter (Fig. 4, Pos. 2) mit einem Schrauben-
schlüssel gegen Uhrzeigersinn drehen bis das Gewindeen-
de erreicht ist.
4. Reduziermutter und Überwurfmutter entfernen.
5. Anschluss-Stutzen mit Drehbewegungen aus dem Körper
herausziehen.
6. Beide O-Ringe (Fig. 5, Pos. 1 und Pos. 3) und beide Stütz-
ringe (Fig. 5, Pos. 2 und Pos. 4) tauschen.
7. Anschluss-Stutzen mit Drehbewegungen bis zum zweiten
O-Ring in den Körper schieben.
8. Überwurfmutter aufschrauben und befestigen. Anziehdreh-
moment: 10 – 13 Nm

Product description
The rotary connection adapter (Fig. 1, Pos. 1) is used as
connecting piece between the high pressure hose of the
EPS 200 / EPS 205 and the injector or nozzle holder com-
bination. By replacing the adapter nut
connection adapter can be adapted to the respective injector.
Two adapter nuts (M12x1.5 and M14x1.5) are included in the delivery.

The connection adapter is only certified for operation
on the EPS 200 / EPS 205 (Pmax = 220 MPa). Never
use the connection adapter with connection adapter
1 687 023 420 and 1 687 023 421.
Putting into operation
1. Connect the high pressure hose (see Fig. 2) with the con-
nection adapter. Tightening torque: 25 – 30 Nm
2. Attach the appropriate adapter nut (Fig. 1, Pos. 3) on the
hexagon nut (Fig. 1, Pos. 2).
Tightening torque = 5 – 10 Nm.
3. Attach the connection adapter to the injector.
Tightening torque = 25 – 30 Nm
Replacing the O-ring
The two O-rings and supporting rings inside the connection
adapter wear down with time (wearing parts) and the con-
nection adapter becomes leaky. If the connection adapter
starts leaking, both O-rings and both supporting rings must
be replaced. Part number spare part set: 1 680 210 150
1. Screw the adapter nut M14x1.5 (Fig. 3, Pos. 1) onto the
connection piece (Fig. 3, Pos. 2) up to approx. 1.5 mm
before the union nut (Fig. 3, Pos. 3).
2. Hold the adapter nut with a wrench (Fig. 4, Pos. 1).
3. Turn the connection piece (Fig. 4, Pos. 2) anticlockwise
with a wrench until the end of the thread is reached.
4. Remove the adapter nut and connection piece.
5. Pull the connection piece out of the body by twisting it
back and forth.
6. Replace both O-rings (Fig. 5, Pos. 1 and Pos. 3) and both
supporting rings (Fig. 5, Pos. 2 and Pos. 4).
7. Push the connection piece into the body up to the second
O-ring by twisting it back and forth.
8. Screw the adapter nut on and attach it. Tightening torque:
10 – 13 Nm
