WEIGHT, BODY FAT & TOTAL BODY WATER READINGS
Position the Salter Health Station Plus Scale on a flat level surface.

a) Press the USER button until your personal user number is displayed.
b) WAIT while the display reconfirms your personal data then shows a
zero reading.
c) When zero is displayed, WITH BARE FEET, step onto the platform
and stand still.
d) After 2-3 seconds, your weight will be displayed followed by your body
fat percentage, total body water percentage, Basal Metabolic Rate in
calories and muscle mass percentage. The abbreviations displayed are
explained below.
