Problem Possible cause
Device is not turned on
Device is connected to

on, heating element

Problem solution
Turn the device on with
the button
Check the connection of
the power supply wire.
Check that the voltage is
correct
Disconnect the device
completely from the
electricity source and
wait until it cools down
before switching it back
on
Check if the controller
has been correctly
connected with the
heating element; the
case of the controller
should completely cover
the head of the heating
element
