General information and intended use
MSH Basic-FUBO-SR4 multiple-service building entry system (main body) for buildings without a basement,
suitable for installation of a MSH Basic-MBK-R4 seal insert.

General information
•
The standards and guidelines listed here are valid in Germany only. In all other countries,
the applicable versions of national standards and guidelines should be used.
•
MSH Basic/Professional multiple-service building entry systems comply with Annex B1 of
the VP 601 test specification dated January 2008 and are compatible with gas building
entries, which also conform with Annex B1 in terms of their design and structure.
•
It is essential to have a recess in the strip foundation to maintain the wall clearance.
This is dependent on the foundation type and should be made in consultation with the
architect or building contractor!

Safety instructions
•
It is important to protect the multiple-service building entry system from damage, mois-
ture and impurities during installation. Check that all necessary components have been
delivered and that they are not damaged. You must not install damaged components.
•
Building entry installation must comply with the relevant professional association regu-
lations, VDE provisions, national safety and accident prevention regulations as well as
company regulations (work and procedural instructions).
